A ministry that provides the opportunity for orphans and vulnerable children to know Christ, experience the blessing of family and acquire the skills necessary to reach their full potential in life.
Gamaliel Association
Gamaliel Association is a school's ministry in Burkina Faso which runs a Bible Correspondence Course; a ministry which Jeremy Nash, a former missionary has been involved in. Their aim is to help every child in Burkina Faso understand the Gospel.
African Christian Textbooks (ACTS)
Resources for theological education are limited in Africa. ACTS provides quality contextualised literature that is affordable. They also train and encourage African writers and editors. Pamela Gaiya is currently serving with ACTS.
Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS)
FCS is an ministry dedicated to evangelising students in schools and colleges across Nigeria through teaching, training and discipleship programmes. Samantha Ibia currently serves with FCS.
Theological Colleges
Mission Africa partners with several theological colleges across Africa. We provide trained staff to teach, while facilitating and enabling the training of a new generation of leaders for one of the fastest growing churches in the world.
Hospitals
Despite medical advancements and improvements, poor health still continues to plague much of Africa today. Mission Africa works with hospitals in Nigeria and Kenya providing both treatment and preventative care programmes as well as sending medical students to complete their elective placements.
Fulani Outreach
The Fulani are a large Islamic unreached people group. With their migratory lifestyle, any significant turning to Christ among them would greatly influence other ethnic groups. In partnership with the United Evangelical Church, Mission Africa is seeking to evangelise and disciple the Fulani.
Vulnerable Women
Acacia is a ministry in Chad that reaches out to vulnerable women in prostitution and in situations of domestic violence. Mission Africa’s vision is to offer them hope, healing and a future in Christ. The Morrison family are currently serving with Acacia.
Thogoto Home for the Aged
The ‘Old Folks Home’ is a Christian run home in Kikuyu, Kenya that provides a place of safety and nurture to elderly people who would otherwise be destitute. Mission Africa assists financially and sends volunteers to support and encourage those living there.
Kenya Schools
Mission Africa work in partnership with the Presbyterian Church in East Africa (PCEA) to train and equip staff as well as disciple children and young people in local schools, homes and rescue centres.
Evangelism
In partnership with the United Evangelical Church in Nigeria, Mission Africa seeks to reach the unreached with the Gospel through evangelistic village outreaches. Mark Nixon and Godwin Ekanem are involved with this ministry.
Scholarships
Mission Africa along with our partners in Kenya, Nigeria, Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast are committed to training and equipping the next generation of Christian leaders through scholarships to study at theological colleges.
